About Me

Who am I?

With over 30 years of experience in fitness and performance, I bring a lifetime of passion and expertise to helping people reach their goals. My journey began as a competitive swimmer, competing at a national level during my teens. That early exposure to structured training, discipline, and performance under pressure laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to sport, fitness and health.

After University I built a career in London as both a Personal Trainer and Manager, dedicating more than 20 years to helping clients transform their fitness, strength, and confidence. My approach combines evidence-based training methods with practical experience gained through decades in the industry.

Drawing from my competitive swimming background, I went on to compete in triathlons, and today I specialise in endurance training and functional fitness —from those looking to improve their overall fitness to triathletes preparing for their first event or experienced athletes seeking to optimise performance.

In addition, as a registered Parkinson’s Personal Trainer, I am qualified to design and deliver tailored exercise programmes to support individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. My goal is to help improve mobility, strength, balance, and confidence through safe, effective, and progressive movement strategies.

Now, approaching 50, I understand the importance of longevity, balance, and intelligent training. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve endurance, manage a health condition, or achieve your next race PB, I’m committed to helping you train smarter, move better, and feel stronger than ever.
